Lazier was a salesman of beverage concentrates. Lazier got the recipe down on a small piece of paper which he handed to his son, Charles Jr. Sun Drop debuted at the American Bottlers of Carbonated Beverages Conference in Washington, D.C. The formula was patented on April 15, 1930. ON the front of the bottle you have where it says excitingly refreshing at the top and under that it says Sun Drop. In the middle you have the same writing as at the top and it points out that it is a 9 ounce bottle.
Here is the back of the bottle where it again says Excitingly Refreshing at the top and under that it says Enjoy Every Golden Drop. In the middle you have one of the slogans which is Refreshing as a Cup of Coffee.
