Article #48: Vintage 1940's Zimba Kola Soda Bottle

 

Here in our 48th article we get a look at this vintage Zimba Kola soda bottle from the 1940's. Zimba Kola originated in New York. Zimba Kola was made in Tennessee, North Carolina, West Virginia, Indiana and Alabama. The sizes of the bottles it came in were 6 ounces, 7 ounces and 12 ounces. Also the bottles came in clear glass and green glass. On the front of the bottle you the Zimba Kola writing at the top of the bottle and the logo at the top.
On the back of the bottle you have the writing at the top of the bottle like on the front, as well as the ingredients and where it was bottled. This one was bottled in Winston Salem, North Carolina. It also points out that it is a 7 ounce bottle.
