Article #39: Vintage 1940's Dr Pepper Embossed Soda Bottle
Here in this new article we are looking at this vintage Dr. Pepper bottle from the 1940's. Dr. Pepper was created in the 1880's by pharmacist Charles Alderton of Waco, Texas. It was first served in 1885 and was nationally marketed in the US in 1904. The Dr. Pepper name was first used commercially in 1885. This bottle is embossed and was bottled in Charlotte, North Carolina. On the front you have the Dr. Pepper writing.
On the back of the bottle you have the 10 2 4 logo.
